Six Plates Foundation was created with one mission: make sure no child goes home hungry. Founded in Atlanta, we saw how many students leave school without a guaranteed meal, and we stepped in to change that.

Through the USDA CACFP At-Risk Afterschool Meals Program, we partner with schools and community sites to provide warm, nutritious meals to children who need them most. Our work goes beyond food, we create moments of care, consistency, and support that help kids feel seen and valued.

Our name, Six Plates, represents unity, compassion, and the belief that every meal matters. Each plate reflects the hands that prepare it, the hearts that give, and the children who depend on it.

We are rooted in our community and committed to expanding our reach so more children can rely on a safe, steady meal after school.
